Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the strategic account management function, driving the development and execution of strategic account plans
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing innovative solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through effective account management and contract negotiations
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's market presence and drive long-term business growth
The salary range for this position is ($90600-125000). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

You Must Have
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in account management or sales in Building Management Systems, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
