Position Summary
Federal Work Study (FWS) is awarded on the basis of need and offers assistance for students who, without such help, may be unable to pursue their educational goals.
The mission of the Financial Aid department is to support the learning college environment through the provision of services and programs that are inviting, people centered, accessible, and designed to facilitate student development and learning.
Friendly and courteous service and the elimination of financial barriers lead to the fulfillment of this mission.
Potential positions in this area include clerical work and reading tutors in local elementary schools. Additional roles may be available in accordance with federal and institutional rules and regulations.
Job descriptions are kept on file in the Financial Aid Office. Candidates must be enrolled as a student and a candidate for financial aid in order to qualify.
At this time, we are building a pool of candidates for any positions that may become available. Applying will allow us to review your application as positions become available.
