Position Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Operations Manager to oversee our partnership with our external 3PL (third-party logistics) warehouse operations.

This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities :

3PL Warehouse Management :

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations relating to the external 3PL warehouse.

Coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, inventory management, and both inbound and outbound shipping and receiving.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with 3PL providers to optimize performance and resolve any operational issues.

Inventory Control :

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishments to maintain optimal stock levels.

Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Implement inventory control processes to minimize discrepancies and losses.

Process Improvement :

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve order processing times.

Develop and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for warehouse operations.

Performance Monitoring :

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations.

Generate regular reports on warehouse performance and provide insights to senior management.

Set and achieve performance targets in collaboration with 3PL partners.

Cost Management :

Monitor and manage operational costs related to the 3PL warehouse.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce expenses without compromising service quality.

Compliance and Safety :

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Maintain a safe and secure working environment within the warehouse.

Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.

Proven experience managing 3PL relationships and optimizing warehouse performance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Must be detail oriented as will be working with SKUs and UPC codes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
