Your Role and Impact :

As our Human Resources Generalist with a focus on full-cycle recruiting, you will play a pivotal role in managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish, while also handling a variety of HR generalist duties.

Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Leading full-cycle recruiting efforts by developing and implementing effective strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Conducting thorough job analyses and creating compelling job descriptions that align with company needs.
  • Sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Managing and conducting interviews, both in-person and virtually, ensuring the best talent is selected.
  • Maintaining and nurturing a robust candidate pipeline, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from application to hire.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and providing expert guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Facilitating a smooth onboarding process, from new hire orientations to coordinating training sessions.

In addition to recruiting, you will also :

  • Administer and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Oversee benefits administration, assisting employees with enrollment and addressing any questions or issues.
  • Coordinate performance management processes, including annual reviews and ongoing feedback initiatives.
  • Support the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate record-keeping for all HR-related activities.
  • Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures to improve overall HR efficiency and effectiveness.

What You Bring to the Table :

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a demonstrated ability to manage the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring.
  • Broad knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and HR generalist responsibilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
  • A team player mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • High levels of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Compensation

Salary : $65k-$75k DOE
