Reporting to the Director, Sales Enablement; this person will be accountable for the development and implementation of training plans, programs and processes to support the Neurology Business unit.

Position Description :

  • Partner with marketing, sales, and operations to identify training needs and recommend solutions.
  • Develop, implement and facilitate training workshops as required for National Sales Meetings and other meetings that may be necessary as determined by the commercial teams.
  • Co-travel with new and current sales personnel to assess, coach and develop their level of product knowledge and skills related
  • Assist in creating a measurement strategy and sustainability process before and after programs / initiatives
  • Identify, design, create and facilitate effective content that improves the desired competency level of account managers
  • Responsible for coaching, developing and utilizing the field-based trainers in on-boarding new hires and in new hire training programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze performance gaps and develop training initiatives to drive results
  • Continuously seek and support new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency of training services offered.
  • Plan, organize and facilitate new hire and ongoing training programs
  • Become product expert on assigned promoted and competitive products

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 4 years in industry as a sales professional and / or at least 2 years with Bausch Health
  • Previous Sales Training experience, corporate and / or field-based is preferred.
  • A willingness to roll up your sleeves within a small team and wear multiple hats
  • Strong project management skills required
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive, self-motivated and self-directed
  • Strong verbal, listening, written communications and facilitation skills required
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and act decisively
  • Ability to serve as a role model / mentor / coach to new and tenured representatives
  • Up to 30% field time required
  • Demonstration of sustained, high performance in current position and a strong aptitude for sales training
  • Demonstration of high emotional intelligence
  • Geographic location, Bridgewater, NJ or remote with 50% of time spent in Bridgewater, NJ

As required by law, Bausch Health provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in the US. Actual compensation is influenced by many factors including skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.

For this role, the range of starting pay for this role is $ 105-150k.
