Senior Contracts Manager

Overview

Na Ali'i is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to conduct and manage contract operations for one of The Nakupuna Companies’ several business lines.

• Full spectrum contract management support for one of Nakupuna’s Lines of Business
• Responsible for managing workload for 1 2 direct report staff members supporting the same business line
• Advise program teams on risks and contractual issues
• Assist with detecting and mitigating organizational conflicts of interest
• Oversee procurement timelines for purchases under your assigned contracts
• Attend or support meetings with customer as needed, to include contract kick-off meetings
• Prepare formal notices and correspondence with customers
• Prepare for contract closeout at contract conclusion
• Support Bid and Proposal team by providing contract analysis and review of solicitations and bids
• Minimal travel may be required for this role

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Education and Experience :

• This position requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 15+ years of professional experience with contracts management in the federal market
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARs, and Public Law
• Experience with Costpoint / CMS is desired.

Certification : CFCM or CPCM certification is preferred.

Clearance : Not required but must be able to obtain security clearance, if requested. Must be a . citizen.

Physical Requirements : In addition to the skills and qualifications mentioned above, candidates must, at a minimum, be able to meet the following physical requirements.

The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location.

The projected compensation range for this position is $124,500.00 to $177,000.00 (Annually USD). The good faith hourly range displayed represents the position at time of posting and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees.
