Our Market of Choice in Hillsboro is now interviewing for this highly sought after Beverage Manager position! Training is projected to start in early 2025, but there may be opportunities to work out of another store sooner.
DUTIES
Market of Choice employees create a pleasant in-store atmosphere and provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service.
As a Beverage Manager some of your responsibilities will include :
- Efficiently manage the wine, beer and specialty coffee departments
- Conduct quarterly inventory and meet and exceed sales goals
- Help select, order, price and market product
- Assisting customers in selection and recommendations
- Keeping current and continually expanding knowledge of beer, wine, and coffee
- Organizing, stocking and facing Beverage Department
- Checking in deliveries / logging of all invoices daily
- General cleaning and maintenance of sales area, floor, spot mop, shelving, grinders, bins, signs and coolers
Prepare for a high-energy, team-oriented environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will have experience with and knowledge of beer and wine. Ordering and merchandising experience are also a plus.
