Responsibilities :
Providing an excellent standard of Customer Service.
- Answering customers' queries and questions.
- Complete the basic sales cycle.
- Maintaining up-to-date policy knowledge.
- Increase customer retention through sales-based interactions.
- Working with warm leads to generate new sales accounts.
- Sales reporting and tracking day-to-day progress.

Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
This is an entry level position, so no previous experience is needed as you get full hands on training.
