A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst - Remote / Hybrid.Key Responsibilities : Respond to incoming tickets, document information, and resolve or escalate issuesProvide accurate solutions to customers, prioritize and escalate when necessaryMaintain current knowledge of relevant products and support policies to provide accurate solutionsRequired Qualifications : Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience2-4 years of directly related experience in service desk / technical support6 months or more using database tools and / or Visual StudioBroad range of knowledge in enterprise technologies such as cloud, network, desktop, server, database, mobile devices & tabletsExperience using BitBucket, GitHub, or other repositories
