A company is looking for a Claims Operations Trainer in the health insurance industry.Key Responsibilities : Provide training on department procedures and workflows to new hires and ongoing development for Claim ExaminersDevelop training modules and maintain understanding of client benefits and proceduresCollaborate with management to improve processes, system efficiencies, and address quality / productivity issuesRequired Qualifications : 2 or more years of relevant work experienceHigh School Diploma or GED required;

Bachelor's Degree preferredExperience in health benefits claims processing and developing online training contentFamiliarity with ICD-10, CPT, and Medical TerminologyProficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio workflow
