Registered Nurse - Staff Development Coordinator
We are seeking a Staff Development Coordinator to join our team at a large senior living community in Lakewood, CO. This role involves managing orientation and in-service education for facility employees as well as serving as the Infection Prevention / Control Coordinator, designing systems to prevent and monitor infections among residents and staff.

Responsibilities :
- Assess learning needs and implement training programs based on quality assurance data
- Develop annual training plan and specific teaching programs for all roles
- Work with the Director of Nursing to ensure quality care standards are upheld
- On call management
Qualifications :
- Current unrestricted RN license in Colorado
- Long-term care or geriatric nursing experience preferred
- Background / training in infection control is a plus
- CPR certificate desired
