JobResponsibilities :
- Candidatessourcing andselection : using your discipline expertise to source through the differentchannels and select candidates in accordance to clear criteria ofselection to match with clients needs and ensure successfulplacements.
- Customerexperience : ensure that customers both candidates and clients have delightfulexperience throughout the hiring process from receiving clientrequest to successful candidate placement including organizinginterviews and the follow up on candidates deployment bydemonstrating professionalism expertise commitment andcommunicationskills.
- Operations : as part of and in collaboration with the team you will take part ina streamlined process by proper use of operational tools.
You willbe responsible for tracking introduced candidates against clientsrequests
- Marketing : You will take part to showcase your industry / discipline expertiseto candidate and clients using the different channels be it byemails (2x3 sector shots or bulletins) on social media (posts blogsand live videos) or onground activities (meeting clients attendingconferences exhibitions job fairs etc.)
- Representation : as a company representative you will be a key point of contact withdiscipline / industry bodies whether at the client side (heads ofdepartments CXOs etc) and the candidates side (professional groupssyndicatesetc.)
- Selfand teamDevelopment : is a continuous process to keep yourself at the forefront of thehighest level of recruitment skills and knowledge of recruitmentand discipline / industrytrends.
- Cultureandcompliance : are crucial to our success. You are responsible for creating aninclusive engaging and inspiring work environment that motivatesall employees to excel while demonstrating and enforcing companyvalues of ethics and integrity as well as Antalvalues.

- Highlearning agility and passion forrecruitment.
- Fluentin English and skilled in using MS Officeapps.
