We are looking for a receptionist / data entry clerk for our Huntsville office. This is an on-site position working Monday-Friday from 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm.
The position will answer the phone, greet the public, and provide data entry and general office assistance. Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel is required.
Experience working with the public and / or customer service experience desirable. Prior office work and knowledge of construction terminology are a plus.
