As the Director of Restaurant Operations, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight, operational management, and overall success of our multiple restaurant outlets.
This role requires a proven leader with extensive experience in managing multiple restaurants, strong business acumen, and a passion for excellence in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operational Oversight : Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant outlets, ensuring consistent adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Leadership and Team Management : Lead and mentor restaurant managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Implement training and development programs to enhance team performance.
Guest Experience : Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness.
Address and resolve guest concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Compliance and Safety : Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain operational standards.
Qualifications :
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the restaurant industry, with a proven track record of managing multiple restaurant outlets.
- Leadership Skills : Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Financial Acumen : Solid understanding of financial management, including cost control.
- Guest Focused : Commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences and a passion for the hospitality industry.
