As our full-time New TownePlace by Marriott GM - General Manager , you'll enjoy competitive pay of $75,000 - $85,000 / year, based on your experience, three weeks of vacation, paid time off (PTO), and a range of company-wide benefits that include :

DIVE INTO YOUR DAY

You should expect to be on-site during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, though there is some flexibility.

In this hotel management role, you get to tackle a wide range of tasks, including managing staffing, forecasting, payroll, and budgets just to name a few.

You will also be using our tools to help control expenses, process invoices, and be accountable for all financial aspects of the hotel.

This job will require you to do all that while assisting with sales and revenue, and providing top-notch hospitality to every single guest.

You warmly and efficiently welcome guests and make them feel right at home from the moment they walk in the door.

But it's not just about being a great host - you're also a leader who sets an example for the rest of the team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the Western States Culture which is Personal Touch.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• 3+ years of experience as a general manager at a hotel
• Previous Marriott experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work weekends, including Sundays, during the last stretch before opening
