What would I be doing?

As a Construction Laborer, otherwise known as a Mitigation Technician, you will provide water, fire, and mold cleanup services to people who have suffered property damage and value an excellent service experience.

You will be responsible to...

• Assess, document, and communicate the necessary plan to get a house back to a clean, safe, and dry environment
• Wear personal protective equipment
• Remove clean or dirty water and materials from the home
• Carry and set up equipment
• Demolish damaged parts of the house
• Clean the house when finished
• Other duties may be assigned

When would I make an impact?

Second shift means working from around 12pm until the work is done. This varies depending on the number of jobs, but would likely be around 7pm-10pm

• Strong work ethic and high standard of excellence
• High level of integrity and trustworthiness, regardless of who is watching
• Humility evident in a desire to be teachable and serve others, no matter the cost
• Able to provide excellent customer service to our clients

What would my schedule look like?

Second shift means working from around 12pm until the work is done. This varies depending on the number of jobs, but would likely be around 7pm-10pm

• Hourly compensation, ranging from $16-$20 an hour, plus overtime opportunities
