Responsibilities
MACHINE OPERATORS Night Shift (7 : 00PM-7 : 00AM)
Work just 15 days a Month with a Rotating Schedule!!!
Bi-weekly Schedule : work Monday & Tuesday, off Wednesday & Thursday, work Friday, Saturday & Sunday, off Monday & Tuesday, work Wednesday & Thursday, off Friday Saturday & Sunday then the schedule starts over)
Operate stretch blow molding machines and lift equipment, inspect and pack rigid-plastic PET containers, and perform scheduled charting and inspections on machines and associated equipment.
Start and stop stretch blow molding machines to produce quality, rigid-plastic containers.
Perform routine inspections, cleaning & lubricating and / or tightening of machine assembles.
Perform container inspections using test equipment, statistical quality methods & visual inspection techniques.
Pack containers into boxes / cartons at designated production-line speeds according to specifications & stack packed cartons to build 4 ft. high units.
Safely operate lift trucks to move materials.
Perform as a responsible team member to maintain a clean, safe, and effective work environment.
Operate stretch blow molding machines, pull seepage, apply SPC methodologies for initiating machine adjustments, change materials, assist in changeovers and identify start and stop of out-of-spec production (held ware).
Responsible for maintaining and adhering to established Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP) and Safety Quality Foods (SQF) compliance requirements.
Responsible for adhering to Food Safety Compliance.
