Microbiology Lab TechnicianJob DescriptionResponsible for accepting samples, preparing media, running microbiological and chemical analysis, and evaluating the results of raw material and finished product samples.

Will conduct shelf life studies, microbiological, chemical, and sensory analysis on raw materials, semi-processed, and finished products.

Create Certificates of Analysis. Cooperate with R&D for developing shelf life studies and setting up new products.Hard SkillsBachelor's degree in the sciences1-3 years of experience working in a microbiology lab (experience from a GMP environment or 3rd party testing preferred)Basic Microbiology using standard methods, rapid tests and PCR, bacteria identification, etc.
