The candidate will be responsible for helping ensure that all secure products that are entered into or released from the Vault are provided to G&D internal and external customers by following company policies and procedures.
The Vault Team Member will be responsible for filling in for the Data Processing Clerk, and will rotate into this role regularly for training.
The Vault Team Member is also responsible for helping ensure that G&D meets the service level agreements (SLA) by assisting the Warehouse and Logistics team.
Job Specifications
- Provides guidance, support, and Training to other Vault Team Members
- Capable of executing all assigned tasks in the Vault.
- Provide quick and reliable service for internal and external customers
- Work and adhere to all corporate security policies and procedures
- Perform all data entry duties
- Enter transactions into ERP system accurately and at the time of physical movement
- Prepare and package secure cards or components as required for shipment
- Audit incoming cards and components to verify % accurate counts
- Perform out-going count and quality inspections of secure material as per policies and procedures
- Move material from department to departments
- Warehouse material on shelves or skids
- Perform inventory audits and cycle counts on a consistent basis
- Maintain % accuracy during cycle count and physical inventory counts
- Ensure the shift handover is communicated to appropriate staff
- Operate forklift, pallet jack, scissor lift or other automated equipment
- Escalate any business or safety concerns to Manager immediately
- Segregate materials by description
- Regularly communicates to CRM and other departments via email.
- Provide Supervisor with daily job status
- All tasks must be completed under dual-control
- May need to directly contact customer service, maintaining professionalism at all times
- Submit continuous improvement suggestions
- Keep Vault area and work stations clean general housekeeping
- Assist with fulfillment of orders as necessary to meet SLA’s
- Other duties as assigned by Shift Lead, or Senior Supervisor Service Bureau
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent math skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize with good attention to detail
- Previous working experience in a secure environment would be an asset
- Forklift operation certification / license would be an asset
