We are seeking an experienced on-site IT Support Manager to join our team (on sight In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems.
You will work closely with employees to solve technical problems and manage IT-related tasks across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person to employees
- Assist with password resets for email and other accounts
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner
- Assist with general maintenance of HRMS and payroll systems, including staff training
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Manage IT equipment inventory and software licenses
- Monitor and maintain internet usage in residential homes
- Document and track customer support requests
- Assist with setting up new services like internet, cable, and phone in residential homes
- Manage the Microsoft 365 email server for optimal performance
- Maintain and update business social media accounts and website
- Perform other IT-related duties as required
Compensation and Benefits :
- Annual salary of $60,000 to $75,000
