Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly and accurately.

In this role, you will be responsible for entering data into our database, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Responsibilities :

• Input data in system from spreadsheets, medical records, and notes
• Attach documents to patient accounts
• Verify accuracy of data and make necessary corrections
• Maintain database by entering new and updated information
• Perform regular backups of data to ensure data preservation
• Maintain confidentiality of all data and information
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent typing skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior experience in data entry preferred but not required
