The Engagement and Digital Experience Lead Corporate Programs will play a crucial role in supporting the corporate team responsible for learning solutions and technologies ( as well as strategic partnerships, ventures, and innovation programs.

What You Will Do

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and creative professional with a strong background in creating and coordinating digital experiences, content and design, and program engagement, events and communications.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Digital Experience :
• Manage external and internal site(s) content for corporate programs, including and other sites, ,
• Design and coordinate the development of visually appealing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media, graphics, and presentations.
• Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and communicate the intended message effectively.
• Work closely with corporate and business segment marketing teams to produce high-quality visual content for digital and print media.
• Engagement and Communication :
• Develop and implement engagement and marketing strategies to promote learning solutions and corporate programs, partnerships, ventures, corporate development and innovation.
• Create engaging content for various channels, including newsletters, websites, social media, and press releases.
• Monitor and analyze learning and program engagement and campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Plan and lead program events such as webinars, conferences, workshops, and tradeshows.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendors, registration, and on-site support.
• Develop event promotional materials and strategies to maximize engagement.
• Evaluate the success of events and communications through post-activity analysis and feedback.
• Collaboration and Support :
• Coordinate with and support horizontal program teams in learning solutions, partnerships, ventures, corporate development and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, sales, and customer support, to align efforts with business objectives.
• Collaborate with corporate and segment marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
• Assist in managing relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Strategy, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of marketing experience, focusing on communications, graphic design, and event coordination.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (, Google Analytics, email marketing software, social media management tools).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Experiences You May Bring

• Experience in the education or technology sectors.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and educational technologies.
• Knowledge of corporate partnership development and management.
• Certification in event planning or project management.

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
