Key Responsibilities :
- Case Management : Handle a broad spectrum of litigation cases, including but not limited to commercial disputes, personal injury, contract disputes, and more.
- Courtroom Representation : Fiercely advocate for clients in court, presenting arguments, examining witnesses, and delivering compelling closing statements.
- Legal Research and Writing : Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
- Client Communication : Maintain strong, clear communication with clients, keeping them informed and involved throughout their case.
- Negotiation : Skillfully negotiate settlements when appropriate, always aiming for the best possible resolution for our clients.
- Strategy Development : Develop and implement aggressive litigation strategies tailored to each case's unique circumstances.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with colleagues and support staff to ensure comprehensive case preparation and execution.
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the NY State Bar and in good standing.
- Experience in general litigation.
- Proven track record of successful litigation outcomes.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of cases and manage deadlines effectively.
- Bulldog-like tenacity and determination in pursuing justice for clients.
