Job Summary :
The sales position is primarily responsible for selling LED Display signage products. This position requires self-motivation with excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, and the strength to cultivate new and existing relationships through trust, differentiation, and customer service.
Through a consultative sales approach, you will offer services and recommendations that meets the needs of our customers.
Job Responsibilities :
- You will be selling to end users (B2C) that will include : Schools, Churches, Retail Businesses, Municipalities etc. as well as being responsible for selling to B2B customers by developing and building a network of distributor, dealer, purchasing cooperatives and signage company partnerships throughout the designated territory.
- Create new account opportunities through your sales and networking efforts.
- Prospect potential customers through persistent contact through phone calls, emails, and in person follow ups
- Generate new leads, track, qualify and add prospects to sales pipeline
- Conducts sales presentations with prospects resulting in contracts.
- Prepare quotes and bid sheets and develop contract proposals.
- You will be responsible for promoting company’s products / services, during in-person meetings, video conferencing, and product demonstrations.
- Close sales orders and distribute necessary closing documents to assigned personnel.
- Track and report on the status of proposal components offering guidance and assistance as needed throughout the sales and service process.
- Maintains current and accurate records of prospect contacts that includes meetings, calls, emails, bids and quotes etc.

- Travel and attend industry trade shows as necessary.
- Achieve sales goals, quotas, and KPI’s as communicated and agreed upon by management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 3+ years of experience working in Sales / Customer Service / Direct Sales industry
- Experience in B2B sales and signage or LED display industry a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office, i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems
- Availability to work 40 hours weekly as full-time on-site schedule to accommodate employees.
- Submit to a pre-employment background check.
- Available to travel up to 75%
