Position Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Order Manager who brings at least 2 years experience processing and coordinating orders for consumer product companies.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in order management, pick, pack, routing and distribution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing Retail orders spanning Walmart, Amazon, Dicks Sporting Goods, Macy's and more.
Experience in Amazon 1P and 3P is preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
Order Management, Allocation and Fulfillment :
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient pick, pack, and ship processes.
- Implement strategies to optimize order fulfillment efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor retail order adjustment against unshipped orders and flag as needed.
- Identify inventory shortages against purchase order to ensure PO’s are adjusted in Vendor Central and Netsuite on timely basis
Routing and Shipping :
- Manage routing requirements and ensure compliance with Amazon’s shipping guidelines.
- Schedule and coordinate shipments with carriers.
- Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues promptly.
Customer Service :
- Act as a liaison between the distribution center and Sales Operations teams to resolve order-related inquiries and issues.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by meeting order accuracy and delivery timelines.
- Serve as lead in researching Amazon Chargebacks and challenge as needed
Qualifications : Experience :
Experience :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing retail orders for a distribution center.
- Preferred experience with e-commerce retailers like Amazon.
Skills :
- Strong understanding of e-commerce order management processes.
- Proficient in using order management systems and software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft office (specific EXCEL and Word)
- NETSUITE experience (a plus)
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field preferred.
Physical Requirements :
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Working Conditions :
- Full-time position based in the distribution center.
- May require occasional overtime and weekend work to meet business needs.
