REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of recent agency commercial lines experience; managing large commercial accounts
- Ability to provide solid recommendations to Sales Executives, clients, and carriers
- Strong technology skills including proficiency with Windows based agency management systems, database functionality, electronic document management system and internet navigation
- Sound organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Current Property and Casualty insurance license
- College degree and / or insurance industry designations a plus
- Construction industry experience a plus
