This Is Voice is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry Customer Service representative to handle customer inquiries while ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to maintain precise records while offering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Accurately enter customer data into company databases and CRM systems.
- Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all data is accurate and current.
- Resolve customer issues by clarifying the customer’s needs and determining the best solution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer complaints or requests.
- Process orders, applications, and other documents as needed for customers.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and provide accurate product or service information.
- Monitor and follow up on pending or unresolved customer requests to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform routine administrative tasks, such as filing, data validation, and organizing customer data.
- Support the customer service team in providing outstanding client support and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
- Strong typing and data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM systems.
- A positive attitude, patience, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or data entry is preferred but not required.
