Required Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in software startups or high-growth companies
Proven success in hiring across various roles, including technical and senior leadership positions
Exceptional sourcing and headhunting skills with a focus on engaging passive candidates
Experience in fast-paced environments with the ability to manage shifting priorities
Process-oriented and data-driven mindset with experience using ATS tools and recruitment metrics
