YOUR LIFE AS A SOFTWARE SALES - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

This full-time account management position works during the day with the ability for flexible scheduling. This position also includes 5-10% travel to trade shows and client businesses, with 1 week of onsite training per year.

As a Software Sales - Business Development Executive, you are the lifeblood of our technology company. You are responsible for overseeing sales and executing deals in this position.

This entails self-generating leads, qualifying prospects, identifying client needs, closing sales, and ensuring a smooth transition from the proposal process to successful onboarding and integration.

In this account management role, you aggressively seek out and pursue leads while scheduling appointments to meet to go over our exceptional software with potential clients.

Because of your excellent customer service skills, you are able to close new business deals for our technology company.

After you have closed deals, you assist our clients with the onboarding process. Working in account management means that you also follow up after a deal has been completed.

You reach out to clients to ensure they're satisfied with our services and see if they have any questions or concerns about our software.

You're amazing at building rapport with our clients and you are essential to the growth of our organization. Having the option to work remotely is something that you truly enjoy about working with Alliance HCM.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • 2+ years of proven sales experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent customer service and presentation skills
  • Strong business development acumen

Internet marketing sales experience is preferred, but multiple factors will be taken into consideration. We are looking for someone who is a fantastic communicator with an eye for detail.
