About Role : -
- A Senior Sales professional having strong Account management skills in navigating and growing existing strategic accounts, across different functions within the Logistic domain.
- Proven structured approach and methodology to grow strategic account.
- Sound understanding of tech led transformation, key trends in insurance and ability to hold conversations with senior stakeholders
- Ability to build account intelligence by developing sources, orchestrate and build relationship across client network in identified accounts.
- Highly collaborative, entrepreneurial and constructive mindset with focus on originating opportunities
- Strong Strategic Account management skills and experience in the Insurance sector
- Collaborative team leadership, high-energy sales execution, strong problem-solving skills
- Exhibit exceptional business insight, sound judgment, ability to create int of view and convincingly drive discussions forward.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, get-the-job-done attitude, professionalism, team-player
- Able to devise and articulate unique and compelling value propositions with high resonance to customer needs.
- Ability to build active relationships across Mphasis’ organization with key stakeholders such as delivery, consulting, senior management, practice-units, external vendors / partners, third-party advisors etc.
Required Qualification :
- 15+ years of industry experience under verticals like Retails, Travel & Logistics etc.
- Experience in delivering large projects for enterprises, experience in modernization related efforts preferred. Must have Agile exposure
- Excellent communication, Client management skills and people skills.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Build network and relationships in the client organization position Mphasis as supplier of choice with deep tech expertise
- Grow existing accounts. Expand sales by introducing new lines of business and growing existing ones.
- Opportunity Identification and ownership; validation and qualification, pursuit management and closure.
- KPI’s would include TCV and Revenue growth
Additional responsibilities :
- Contribute information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.
- Recommend new products and services by evaluating current product results and identifying needs to be filled.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplish marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed
