THE JOB :
We’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Escape Room Game Host.
You’ll play a key role in delivering an unforgettable experience to our guests, from setting up the room to guiding them through the game.
You’ll also be involved in maintaining room functionality, supporting customers with any issues, and helping to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Resetting rooms between games and ensuring all elements are working properly for the next group.
- Monitoring games closely to offer hints and guidance without giving away solutions.
- Educating guests about our escape rooms and tailoring the experience to their needs.
- Assisting with technical troubleshooting if any issues arise during games.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and order of the facility.
- Working with escape room supervisor and sales team to meet customer service objectives.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
SCHEDULE :
Primary schedule : Thursday - Sunday, 11am - 6pm, with opportunities for additional hours based on customer requests and bookings.
Job Type : Part-time.
Pay : $17.00 - $19.00 per hour.
Expected hours : 20 - 30 hours per week.
