Position Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities : include, but are not limited to :
- Adminster medication within the scope of practice as defined by state.
- Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support and companionship.
- Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL's).
- Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs to update their service plan.
- Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
Working Behavior : Promote facility in a positive way. Promote teamwork in providing services to Residents. Promote customer service.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Qualifications : State licensure required. Training / experience as nursing assistant. Skills in nurturing and organizing.
Experience or interest in working with older adults. Maturity, friendliness and enjoyment of working with people.
Standards : Residents always come first.
