responsibilities :
- Works with business managers, stakeholders, and end users to define system and project needs and requirements
- Defines features and creates detailed user stories for IT to fully evaluate scope, level of effort and timing
- Responsible for managing and prioritizing the product backlog management for future development
- Understands the company vision, delivering new / enhanced features that support strategic initiatives
- Communicates project needs, and responsible for ongoing communication through completion
- Schedules and runs meetings as needed, to facilitate the forward movement of projects
- Sets timelines in conjunction with management and IT feedback, tracks progress of work, communicating to all parties along the way
- Offers suggestions and brings recommendations for next steps and improvements, and facilitates the completion of projects in a holistic manner
- Participates in, and / or leads special projects as assigned- creating and mapping the user stories to deliver new capabilities for end users
- Locates and defines new process improvement opportunities, and works with management to prioritize business and information needs
