Skills and attributes for success

• Developing scopes of work for the government's review / approval to address facility deficiencies and / or repairs.
• Providing budget and construction cost estimates and supporting documentation to process changes and / or in support of stand-alone statements of work for project approval by the government.
• Providing technical and functional reviews of designs, plans, and specifications to ensure they are in alignment with best practices and applicable codes and unified facilities criteria.
• Utilizing the department's electronic project management system to develop, route, and document files, reports, and related project-related documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of experience with similar scope and scale projects
• RPE or Registered Architect license

Ideally, you will also have :
