Job Title : Senior ERP Business Analyst
Location : Los Angeles, CA (Local candidates only)
Job Summary :
The Senior ERP Business Analyst will optimize ERP systems, improve governance, and design data infrastructure to enhance business application performance.
This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT, primarily leveraging Microsoft Business Central ERP.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business needs and identify gaps in current processes.
- Manage multiple development requests with external consultants.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure quality control.
- Design data architecture to meet business requirements and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Handle multiple tasks with shifting priorities.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience with ERP systems (Dynamics Navision / Business Central preferred), ideally in retail, brokers, or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and finance operations.
- Experience with EDI document integration.
- Proficient in MS Office, with excellent communication and analytical skills.
