Hours : Mon 9am5am and Tue Weds Thurs Friday 9 : 30am5 : 30am
Weekend Hours : Every third Saturday102pm (working from home)

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage a Portfolio : Oversee a diverseportfolio of residential properties ensuring they arewellmaintained and tenants are happy.
- TenantSupport : Be the main contact for tenants resolving issues quicklyand efficiently.
- Maintenance Coordination : Schedule and manage maintenance and repair work liaising withreliable contractors.
- Conduct Inspections : Perform regular property inspections to ensure standards are metand identify any maintenance needs.
- RentCollection : Ensure timely rent collection and manage anyarrears.
- Ensure Compliance : Stay up to datewith property laws and ensure all properties comply with health andsafety regulations.
- Reporting : Preparedetailed reports on property management activities.
The IdealCandidate :
- Provenexperience in property management or residential lettingsparticularly residential properties.
- Excellentcommunication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability tomultitask.
- Familiarity with propertymanagement software.
- Knowledge of propertylaws and regulations.
- Ability to workindependently and as part of a team.
- A validUK driving license.
