About Our Company
Eagle Eye Produce is a premiere grower shipper with more than 30,000 acres under cultivation. We grow in multiple states in the United States as well as several locations in Mexico.
Our focus is to provide our customers with a year-round supply of the products we grow. These items include; several Potato varieties including organics, Onions, Watermelon, and Nogales Vegetables (Tomatoes, Peppers, Squash, Cucumbers).
Additionally, we own and operate several state of the art production facilities across the United States. With Sales offices from New York to California, our team of experienced staff is dedicated to meeting our customer’s needs.

Position Summary :
We are seeking a talented intern to join our inventory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible to perform data entry duties for inventory issues, items received and or restocked inventory.
The ideal candidate has excellent problem-solving skills, with a high level of organization and strong attention to detail.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Retrieves source files and work from the data center each day.
- Provides inventory reports to purchasing and inventory control manager.
- Maintains accurate daily records of goods received and shipments made.
- Conducts frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory.
- Verifies and logs the receipt of data and obtains any data that is missing.
- Uses data entry equipment to record assigned data.
- Resolves minor processing problems; seeks assistance from supervisor or other appropriate staff for issues beyond immediate expertise.
- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Regular and consistent attendance are a must
Required Skills / Abilities :
- Excellent and precise data entry and typing skills.
- Extremely organized and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to keep information confidential.
- Ability to work independently.
- Able to speak Spanish and English is a plus
Education and Experience
High School graduate, pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management.
Physical Requirements :
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs at a time
- Duties and responsibilities are performed in a warehouse setting
