A company is looking for a Patient Service Resolution Representative to handle patient billing inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities : Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence related to billing issuesResearch and resolve patient billing issues while maintaining compliance with policies and regulationsDocument customer interactions and trends for further analysis and liaise with collections as neededRequired Qualifications, Training, and Education : 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare settingHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience in a call center or with medical insurance / billing is helpfulKnowledge of medical insurance terminologyBasic understanding of ICD-10 and CPT coding is a plus
