ESTIMATOR (Monday - Friday)
Fix Auto / Courtesy Chevrolet is looking for an experienced writer but willing to train the right person . Looking for someone to serve as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
Job Responsibilities :
Estimating all drive-in appointments as well as walk in customers and complete process review with customer
Must comply with all Fix Auto safety rules, guidelines and standards
Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy
Have the ability to effectively communicate with others-verbal and written
Working estimating knowledge including systems
Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress
Strong sales orientation, organization and multi-tasking skills with good time management
Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Keep Body Shop Manager informed of all problems and potential problems.
