The Staffing Coordinator, Advanced, will report to the Lead Recruiting Coordinator. In this role you will be scheduling interviews through outlook, background checks through our 3rd party HireRight and supporting one of several business units within Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities
Support and execute high-volume business unit Hiring Plans including intake meetings, dashboards, reporting, etc.
Manage interview feedback process through ORC for interviews you scheduled
Coordinate with Service team to have all new hire data correct and complete on a weekly basis
Required Qualifications
Requires a High School Diploma or GED
Requires at least 5 years of prior relevant experience
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Experience with scheduling complex interviews through Outlook preferred
Oracle Recruiting Cloud Experience highly recommended
