Summary :
All American at Londonderry is seeking a full-time Activity Director.
Must have hands-on experience in geriatric assisted living. Candidates must possess proven leadership, decision-making, and communication skills to carry out the goals, policies, and procedures of the Community.
Prior experience in an Assisted Living, Long Term Care, or Skilled Nursing facility is highly desired and necessary.
Must enjoy working with the senior population. The Activity Director position plans individual and group recreation activities, maintains a recreational budget, creates exciting and new programming for our ever-changing population, and monitors and manages an activity team for dual programming.
