We are searching for a Class Coach and a Personal Trainer
Class Coach - We have 7- 12 classes available with more on the way in both Mornings and Evenings, with the occasional Saturday
Key Responsibilities :
- Coaching and Instruction :
- Lead and coach group CrossFit classes, ensuring all members receive personalized attention and guidance.
- Demonstrate and teach proper techniques for a variety of CrossFit exercises and movements.
- Be able to scale the days plan as needed for all members
- Monitor and adjust member performance to prevent injuries and ensure progress.
- Facility Maintenance :
- Ensure the gym and equipment are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Report any equipment issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment for classes.
- Skills and Attributes :
- Strong knowledge of CrossFit methodologies and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals of all fitness levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.

Personal Trainer -
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Assessment and Program Design :
- Conduct initial consultations and fitness assessments to evaluate clients' fitness levels, goals, and health conditions.
- Develop individualized fitness programs tailored to each client's needs and objectives.
- Continuously monitor and adjust training programs based on clients' progress and feedback.
- Training and Instruction :
- Provide one-on-one personal training sessions, demonstrating and teaching proper exercise techniques and form.
- Ensure clients perform exercises safely and effectively to avoid injuries.
- Motivate and encourage clients to reach their fitness goals through consistent and supportive coaching.
- Member Engagement :
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and encouragement.
- Educate clients on proper nutrition, lifestyle habits, and general health and wellness.
- Address any client concerns or questions promptly and professionally.
- Administrative Duties :
- Maintain accurate records of clients' progress and sessions.
- Schedule and manage personal training appointments.
Payment -
For Classes, we Pay per class
For Personal Training, it is a percentage of the session
Min Hourly salary starts at $25 per class but it dependent Coaches ability to coach and credentials. There is no maximum salary as it reflects what you bring to the gym
Personal Training is from 30 - 50% of each session
The commission is available for signing up new members
