The firm focused solely on residential real estate, representing lenders, buyers and sellers in hundreds of transactions across Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Meanwhile, the firm’s affiliate Gold Title, P.C. had grown to handle transactions in all 50 states. Our clients represent a wide range of individuals, families and industries, including, technology, life science, restaurants, retail, hotels and professional services firms.

In 2010, to better serve all the needs of its growing client base, we added partners specializing in the areas of commercial real estate, estate planning, and litigation and dispute resolution.

In 2011, the firm strengthened its commercial real estate and corporate law practices by adding four partners from Boston law firms whose skill sets include complex land dispositions, commercial lending and hospitality and recreation.

Like our founding partners, all our lawyers have roots in Massachusetts, and most have practiced at larger firms or organizations.

Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a solid background in commercial real estate law to play a key role in our organization.

You will be responsible for providing legal advice on a broad range of commercial real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.

You will also be involved in drafting and negotiating commercial real estate transactions, as well as providing guidance on legal issues affecting our business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert legal support for commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial real estate documents such as purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, financing agreements, and other related documents.
  • Conduct due diligence reviews and provide legal analysis and risk assessments on commercial real estate transactions.
  • Advise on legal and regulatory issues affecting our business operations, including compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure that all transactions and business activities are conducted in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Keep abreast of developments in commercial real estate law and advise management on potential impact on the company.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
  • Must be a licensed attorney in good standing.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Attorney.
  • Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial real estate documents.
  • Strong understanding of laws and regulations pertaining to commercial real estate.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to think strategically and make sound legal judgments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
