About the Role :

We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Representative to bolster and expand our business footprint within the industrial & chemical markets across the USA and Canada.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and expand business in sectors including specialty chemicals, food & pharma, catalysts, lubricants, building products, wastewater treatment, pulp & paper, polymers, desulfurization, oilfield, and process additives.
  • Monitor market dynamics, including competition, potential clients, raw material costs, and regulatory changes.
  • Develop and maintain a robust B2B client portfolio through proactive sourcing and pursuit of contacts, prospects, and partnerships.
  • Draft and negotiate commercial contracts to optimize results in terms of margins, volume, and market share.
  • Manage the P&L for the designated area and ensure seamless processing of client orders, logistics, and payments.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science / Engineering, Mining / Geology, or Business Management (or related field) with a minor in Chemistry or strong technical knowledge, aptitude, and interest.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in chemicals, raw materials, or a related technical field.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
