Experience creating conditions, validators, and post functions; make changes to workflows, screens, fields, and reporting, and provide ongoing support and configuration maintenance.

Experience using JIRA REST APIs for integration with other tools like Jenkins, and Integration / Automation frameworks.

Experience creating and managing users, groups, projects and user permissions.
Required
Experience with SQL and JQL to create and manage queries, filters, dashboards and reports.

Experience troubleshooting access and / or performance issues, engaging Atlassian and / or app vendor when necessary.

Experience creating and maintaining JIRA Projects and Confluence Spaces.
Required
Experience with Agile methodology lifecycle.

Experience migrating Atlassian Server platform to Atlassian Data Center or Cloud environments.

Experience analyzing and providing direction for compatible software with the Atlassian tool suite.

Experience Maintaining Agency / Division Roadmaps within JIRA tool.
