Associate, Shopper Solutions Project Manager
Responsibilities :
Manages a portfolio of projects through the item development and approval process working closely with the Shopper Solutions team and cross functionally with other key stakeholders such as Packaging, Engineers, Material Masters, SRGM, etc.
Leverages Accolade to manage and drive projects to completion.
- Project leadership role in ensuring the successful development and execution of projects for the commercialization of new and changing products / pack types, actively leading timelines, defining scope, managing resources, and holding functions responsible for deliverables.
- Accountable to deliver profitability and operational success by problem solving, removing roadblocks, elevating risks / issues, developing risk mitigation plans / contingencies, and facilitating decision making to drive projects forward through the stage gate process.
- Project management process expert - owns project execution and adherence to stage gate processes from project initiation (confirming correct project type & tier) through 1st delivery to the customer.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree required
3-5+ years of related work experience, preferably in CPG - Product Lifecycle Management
