A multi-family developer dedicated to building community with a focus on wellness and technology is seeking a Head of Architecture to lead their architecture and design team in Miami.

This is a true start-up, so the right person must be ambitious, with an agile personality to work through ambiguity.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- A mix of strategic planning, people management, and project execution
- Collaborating with executives and stakeholders across the brand to ensure strategy alignment, including establishing and managing teams, project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Hiring, leading, and mentoring the architecture and design team company-wide to foster a high-functioning, ambitious team built on trust and collaboration
- Managing internal and external teams and resources to ensure seamless project execution
- Establishing and maintaining architecture & design standards and best practices across the organization
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture required; a Master's degree is preferred
- 12+ years of professional experience in the architecture field, with 5+ years developing and leading teams
- Extensive experience overseeing all phases of high-rise residential and mixed-use development; both new developments and renovations / adaptive reuse projects
- Experience establishing and managing budgets, schedules, and overseeing financial successes of projects
- Ability to mentor and motivate a high-functioning team

Compensation :
Base salary will be based on experience and can range from $250-$350K+. In addition, there will be an equity component along with 100% paid Medical, Dental, Vision as well as other offerings.
