General Purpose of Job.
The HR Manager delivers various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, total rewards and compliance. This role is crucial in attracting, developing and retaining talent while fostering a positive workplace culture.
The HR Manager serves as a trusted advisor to both leadership and employees, providing guidance and solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities.
- Manage employee relations and guide HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of talent management, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, maintaining accurate employee records and preparing reports.
- Collaborate directly with the HR Director and Leadership on HR-related matters.
- Coordinate employee events and facilitate internal communications.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations.
- Administer core HR programs, processes or practices including recruiting, employee benefits, performance management and employee development.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Level of Education / Training Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and 5 years of relative HR experience. Knowledge of general human resources practices and employment law required.
License or Certificate Required
None - PHR or SPHR Preferred
