As a Campus Admissions Manager , you'll play a key role in helping prospective students make life-changing decisions while leading a team of Admissions Representatives to success.

As a Campus Admissions Manager , you'll lead and mentor a team of Admissions Representatives to achieve enrollment goals.

You'll deliver dynamic presentations, guide campus tours, and ensure every prospective student has a top-notch experience from their first interaction to enrollment!

Responsibilities

  • Mentor and coach Admissions Representatives to exceed goals and provide excellent student experiences.
  • Lead campus tours and presentations that highlight the benefits of UTI programs.
  • Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment metrics.
  • Provide ongoing training and development for the Admissions team.
  • Manage data and reports, ensuring accurate tracking of enrollment outcomes.

Qualifications

Education / Experience

  • Education : High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience : 3-5 years of sales experience, including 1-3 years of leadership experience.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Special Skills and Knowledge

  • Utilize experience and expertise in sales process to continue assisting students through coaching and mentoring of admissions representatives.
  • Balance individual enrollment and start goals with overall team objectives to reach Campus Admissions required outcomes.
