Responsibilities
- Consistentlyoffer professional friendly and engagingservice
- Assist guests regarding menu items inan informative and helpful way
- Mix drinks andcontrol the beverage stock as perguidelines
- Have full knowledge of the beveragemenus being offered at the banquet
- Followpolicies procedures and service standards
- Haveknowledge of all menu items garnishes contents and preparationmethods
- Follow all safety and sanitationpolicies when handling food andbeverage
- Available to work varied shifts basedon business demands including but not limited to weekends andholidays
- Other duties asassigned

- Previous bartendingexperience preferred
- Previous Point of SaleSystem experience an asset
- Excellentcommunication and organizational skills
- Stronginterpersonal and problem solvingabilities

- Ability to workcohesively as part of a team
- Ability to focusattention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at alltimes
